I've never watched the series! I've only seen a couple episodes... I'm not much of a tv watcher. Is it good?

I'm not much of a tv watcher anymore myself. XD It's good, later on it gets a bit heavy with the sex though XP I haven't watched the whole thing, only episodes with Spike XD lol
