New Room Familiar Face

Anya woke up in a different room. Damn, she thought. She just wanted to see Eric again. She needed to tell him. She felt the bump on her stomach. She needed Eric right now. She was scared

Snow White woke up with her head pounding from being gassed yet again, she looked up to see Anya looking worried. "Hey Anya, are you all right?" she asked, rememberine the last time they had been roomed together.

Great...Anya shook her head, "No I'm not," She was still touching her stomach. She was already showing a little. It had been almost three months since she had been shot, which meant that she only had six months left. Her hand flattened on the bump

Snow White's eyes widened when she saw the small but noticeable swell under Anya's dress, "You're pregnant?" she asked in shock.

"Apparently," Anya whispered, she leaned her head back against the wall. "I just figured it out. At first I thought I was just gaining weight, but that didn't make any sense being locked up and all, then I got sick and put two and two together."

Snow White wnced in sympathy and then cleared her throat, "Is it Eric's?" she asked., hoping that she didn't sound too intrusive.

Anya laughed, "Yes, thank God." She liked Sinbad and all, but it would be hell having a kid with him

Snow White smiled, "I hope everything works out out for the both of you, so other then being pregnant how else have you been?" she asked.

"Well I've been good, I got to see Eric again." She smiled, "And so far I haven't had any new wounds."

"Oh you did? I'm so happy for you, how is he and how is your eye?" she asked, she still felt bad about punching her.

"He's fine and so is my eye," She smirked, she had forgotten about Snow hitting her, "You haven't tried to kill yourself again have you?"

"Well I haven't some other girl tried to kill me though." she said and shuddered as she remembered having her head forced under the water.

Anya frowned, "Who tried to kill you?"

"It was a woman called Kayla and she had multiple personalities, I said the wrong thing and she went ballistic." She shuddered, "It kinda makes it so I never want to go near water again." she muttered.

"Multiple personalities?" She thought of Phoebus and she shuddered. "I knew someone like that."

"Who was it?" She asked, interested seeing as how she didn't know anyone else who had had multiple personalities.

"His name was Phoebus. Half the time he was a nice, great guy. The other half he was a sadistic rapist." Anya frowned at the memory of being locked up with him

Snow White's eyes widened, "Wait Phoebus? I remember Wendy talking about him, she mentioned that he died." She added as an afterthought.

"Yep," Anya leaned her head back against the wall, her hand absentmindedly rested on her stomach. "I was roomed with him and he tried to rape me."

Snow White shuddered, "How did you escape?" She asked with her eyes wide, as she remembered her own rape.

Anya shrugged, "I raked my hand across his face, my fingernails scratched him and I punched him, then I ran into the bathroom and locked the door."

"At least you fought back." She said and wished that she could somehow go back in time so that she could have changed that.

Anya looked over at her, "You were raped?"

"It was before I came here, some guy had followed me and then he....well raped me I fell unconscious and woke up here. A few weeks later I found out I was pregnant....I lost the baby though." she said quietly.

"I am so sorry," Anya whispered. Losing the baby was now her biggest fear and she couldn't even imagine being raped...

"Its all right...I've learned to move on." She said and smiled sadly at her.

Anya smiled back, then she felt it move. She gasped and touched her stomach, "Is it supposed to move?" She whispered

Snow White's eyes widened, "Its moving? If you're three months along, then I think that's when the baby starts to kick." She said with awe.

Anya's hand flattened on her stomach, "Yes, I suppose I am that far along." She could feel the baby kicking. She looked over at Snow, "Do you want to feel it?"

Snow White felt shocked that she had been asked that, "Um sure." She said and scooted over until she slowly placed a hand on Anya's stomach. Her eyes widened even more when she felt the movement, "I can't believe it...wow...to think that a little baby is doing that." She said in awe.

Anya let out a shaky breath, "Yea..." She was still scared. Scared of what might happen to the baby, especially being born in here

Snow White stared at her in worry, "Its all right Anya I'm sure the baby will be fine, and you too." She said with a reasuring smile..

Anya shook her head, "I-I just don't know..."

Snow White bit her lip and looked away, she wasn't sure how to make Anya feel better. "Have you thought of any names yet?" she asked, hoping that by distracting her Anya would start to relax.

Anya laughed, "No not really. I've been to freaked out."

Snow White smiled, glad that she had gotten her to laugh "Um well any ideas for boy names?" she asked

Anya sighed and closed her eyes for a moment, "I like Ethan and hmm I'm not sure what do you think?"

Snow White frowned and thought about it, "How about....Nathan...or Edward?" She asked with a smile.

Anya smiled, "I'll consider it." She thought again, "Now for a girl... I like Elizabeth, Ann, or Lily."

"Ohh I love those names!" Snow White said and then frowned, "You could always add one of those names as a middle name too if you want. Like Elizabeth Ann or something." She said with a laugh.

Anya grinned, "Yea that could work..." Suddenly a name formed in her head, "Noelle," She whispered, she liked it, "I like the name Noelle."

Snow White smiled, "Noelle's a pretty name, what does it mean?" She asked.

Anya shook her head, "I-I'm not sure..I just remember that name..." She frowned trying to think of where she heard that name before

Snow White smiled at her, "Well Noelle is a beautiful name...what would it be if you had a boy?" She asked.

Anya smiled, "Well I like Ethan, but I want to ask Eric..."

Snow White grinned, "I'm sure he'll love all the names you've come up with and who knows maybe he can come up with some others that we haven't though of." She said.

Anya nodded, smiling, but then the smile slipped. "What if he's upset?" She whispered. She had no idea how Eric would react to the news

Snow White gave her a disbelieving look, "Trust me, I've met Eric and he doesn't seem like the type who would get upset over this. You're lucky to have met someone who cares so much about you." She said and gave her a reasurring smile.

Snow White smiled, "Now are you thinking it'll be a boy or a girl....or maybe you'll have twins!" She said excitedly.
