A book of secrets

Dimitri noticed a folder on the floor... Phoebus didn't seem interested so he went to pick it up. Inside were pages, each one filled with a large photograph, a name and their 'sins'.

Some of faces and names he recognised... mostly from the Dinner Party and the Basement. But there were some unfamiliar. He looked through the list of sins people had committed - he was already aware of some, like how Eric and Lilo had killed and Sinbad cheated. Others suprised him.

Odette's sin was prostitution. This only made him feel guilty, as he was already fully aware that it was his fault she had lead that life. Therefore he was now responsible for her being here.

He paused momentarily at Jane's page.. Envy/ Pride. The words confused him, but just made him realise how little he knew about her. Phoebus' sin was lust- by now he knew clearly why that was.

Everyone's sins varied. In his mind murder was far worse than ignorance, for instance, yet the Villain had treated them all the same. Dimitri realised that the Villain probably didn't care what sin it was.. a sin was a sin and that was it.

His sin was Sloth.. he wondered what one of his actions that could refer to. He looked at himself, wondering how the Villain had managed to get all these photographs, and how much he knew about everyone.

Eventually Dimitri put down the book, offering it to Phoebus.

'You might want to take a look at this.'

Phoebus looked cautiously at the book and asked 'What is it about?'
He held the book carefully and looked through it 'Noo...' his voice cracked since he couldn't believe what he saw.

'Its everyone here I guess... and why we're in here... There are some pretty stupid reasons if you ask me, I mean stupidity? Who does the Villain think he is if he thinks thats a reason for people to be locked up like this..'

He watched for Phoebus' reaction.. 'What is it?' he asked.

'Well Villain must be stupid himself thinking of punishing people when he doesn't have the right to do so' Phoebus stated, he was nervous looking at some pictures and the reasons why they were on the book and this horrible place. 'It's just... I don't know, I was never one of those happy kids, I have to live with guilty every single minute and I think that's enough punishment...' Phoebus sighed and looked down.

'I know what you mean...' he said, thinking about his own feelings of guilt. 'Its not like I was living happily unaware of my own mistakes.. I really didn't need this Villain guy to come along and tell me what I already knew...
But too late now. We're stuck here, and whilst the Villain thinks he has divine right to judge and punish us theres no real way out.'

Phoebus spits on floor and looks angrily on the camera and talks a bit louder 'If he was really dangerous he would come un-armed and without those funny gases to knock us out, that would prove how manly he really is.' Phoebus got mad at the villain and wants to fight him out of here. 'But probably just one of those cowards I guess' he looked at Dimitri again.

'Excatly! The guy's probably just some freak job who thinks he has supreme right to judge and punish whoever he sees fit.'
Dimitri felt himself get angry again, and he looked up directly into the camera's in hopes of making the man behind them listen.

Then he remembered where that had got him last time.
'But whenever I've got mad hes just sat there... or taken the little we have away. Whilst those cameras are still up, and hes watching our every move, its his game and theres nothing we can do to stop him.'

'Oh well, cowards like him are better off behind the mask' he said in a mad voice but there was no point in it since there is nothing he can do.
